Todd Saldana founded Monarch Capital Partners, Inc. in 2003, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Monarch Group of companies, which he has been involved since its inception in 1996. As its Managing Partner, Mr. Saldana currently works with a worldwide group of developers, owners and builders along with real estate investment groups that Mr. Saldana provides complete real estate advisory services. Whilst Mr. Saldana engages in traditional real estate services including structured debt & finance negotiations along with extensive real estate land acquisition and development related services and support, he actively works with clientele base who are engaged in large real estate portfolios exceeding $100 million plus providing strategic target acquisition and real estate management related transaction services that result in maximum results and profitability for his clients Prior to Monarch, he was the Vice President at Indian Motorcycle involved in arranging the early stage equity funding for the highly anticipated launch of the only competitor to Harley Davidson at the time. Mr. Saldana has also served as President of Laguna Aerospace and Vice President International Sales for other defense related businesses since attending California State University of Fullerton where he earned a Bachelor degree in Real Estate Finance. Mr. Saldana is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Building Industry Association and the Sales and Marketing Association for developers.
